JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Ideally we are looking for candidates who have played soccer at a high level, but most importantly candidates who have a passion for the game, and find compassion in helping & leading youth players to develop as human beings and skilled soccer players.*

Qualifications • Leadership skills • Good organizational skills • Ability to lead and educate • Effective communication skills • Passionate about coaching soccer • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities • Coaches will lead a 7v7 (U8/U9) or 9v9 team (U11/U12) for the Revere FC Bolts • The coach will report directly to the Program Manager • Aid in the development of players for the assigned team(s) during practices, games, and tournaments through Fall, Winter and Spring seasons • The club coach will work with the Regional Director and club members in achieving club and player goals • The club coach will follow the Revere FC Bolts Methodology • The coach needs to be available 2 nights during the week and weekends. • For coaches who can ONLY commit during Saturday mornings/afternoons, there are opportunities to help at our clinic programs.
